January 7, 2021 – NTN is pleased to announce the appointment of Giovanna Sacco to the position of Territory Project Manager. Giovanna brings over 17 years of sales experience managing all aspects of industrial distribution having worked for BDI, Cascades, Acier Rive-Nord and Acier Vaudreuil Steel. She has overlooked a gamut of operations ranging from technical sales support to customer service and project management.

Giovanna will report to NTN’s Quebec Sales Manager, Sean Barron, and will be responsible for creating, implementing and virtually managing each sales project plan to support our distribution network and end user customer base. Giovanna will play a lead role in monitoring the entire project scope and success of each customer project, including virtual call cycles and sales strategies to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability, while making sure our customers meet their goals and objectives.

Giovanna’s role as Project Manager will also consist of overlooking project timelines and schedules, identifying and allocating departmental resources, such as Technical Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing with each customer to achieve predetermined project goals.
