Program Overview

The NTN Product Training School is an intensive, three-day course that gives both old and new NTN Authorized Distributors a deeper understanding of NTN products. All classes take place at the Canadian Headquarters of NTN in Mississauga, Ont.  Participants receive instruction from NTN engineers, meet NTN sales leadership, and undergo training on different NTN online systems.

The program is open to all NTN Authorized Distributors in Canada.

Important Note: We strongly encourage all Product Training School registrants to enroll in our eKnowledge Web-Based Training Program prior to attending this class.

What information does the Product Training cover?

The program includes:

  • Classroom lectures that cover generic topics such as bearing basics, lubrication, clearance, fitting practice, and handling and storage
  • Breakout sessions that give participants proactive, hands-on training
  • Design, nomenclature, and typical uses of each product group presented in product-module format
  • A tour of an NTN manufacturing facility
