Meet Alex Salazar, a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative at NTN Canada’s Mississauga location. Ask anyone and they’ll tell you—the heartbeat of NTN Canada is our customer service team! Alex brings a unique spirit to the Mississauga office, with his witty jokes and enthusiasm for all things soccer. Alex is fond of the watching game, but tries to make time to play it as well. “I’m not going to lie, I’m pretty good at kick-ups.” As a member of our inside sales team, Alex enjoys being part of the front line for customer relations, fielding incoming phone calls, supporting customer inquiries and interchanging part numbers. For Alex, the most rewarding moments are fulfilling and exceeding customer expectations and being praised by the customer for doing so. To deliver the Ultimate Bearing Experience, Alex believes it is important to be flexible when serving customers, which means learning directly from the customer what needs changing or improving, how this can be best carried out and integrating these new ideas back into the customer experience process. His favourite thing about working for NTN is the atmosphere and the active role that NTN plays in the community. “The people at NTN from the top down are positive, caring, friendly and professional, and our customer service team members take pride in supporting local charitable community events.” Alex and his crew help bring charitable community donation events to the attention of NTN team leads and enjoy supporting fundraisers for local food banks and toy drives for disadvantaged children.
