President's Holiday Message

For many of us, the holiday season is here, and I would like to wish you and those nearest to you all the very best during this time of rest and reflection.

As we approach a new year, I’m reminded about how grateful I am for the tireless efforts of our NTN colleagues across Canada. I have been inspired by all who have come together during this time to effectively manage business continuity to ensure we will have a bright future, delivering to you, our valued partners, the Ultimate Bearing Experience. We have spent the last 12 months building a more flexible, robust and resilient organization. We now move ahead - together - with the hope of even-brighter days to come!

I have been so inspired again and again by our people who are taking actions to help those less fortunate, with support and encouragement coming from both staff and industry partners alike in an outpouring of Christmas spirit. I am so proud of NTN staff members who have volunteered to help others in our community by collecting a wide range of donations, from clothing to food items for local charities such as Haven Toronto, Dr Julien Foundation and Covenant House Vancouver, to help bring comfort to those in need. When everyone comes together, it is a wonderful sight to see, and the holiday season becomes that much brighter. In the spirit of the holidays, please know that even the simplest act of kindness can make a world of difference to those around you. I challenge each of us to practice a little more kindness and a little more patience this Christmas season. Focusing on the positive helps everyone pick up on more positivity, as we are honoured to work with a community of people like you —people who work hard and respect those around them.

From our family to yours, we hope you have a wonderful and safe Holiday season. Wishing you all the very best now and for 2022.
